The Natural Hand Sanitizer use safer alternatives, like essential oils instead of synthetic fragrances. Many sanitizers also include ingredients to soften or thicken them, and ingredients to add moisture to the hands. Unlike isopropyl alcohol which is a petroleum-derived ingredient, ethyl alcohol is a naturally-derived, plant based ingredient that is used in the hand sanitizer.
